Out of School Hours Care (OSHC)

OSHC Telephone Number: 08 8321 8308

We believe that Outside School Hours (OSHC) and Vacation Care provides a much-needed service for our families. It is a valuable and integral part of the St Martin De Porres School and the local community.

Our OSHC centre provide a warm, stimulating, flexible and safe environment by encouraging and nurturing the students' individual strengths, abilities and interests while respecting their diverse backgrounds. We follow the National Quality Framework and offer a wide range of age appropriate experiences and activities catering to the strengths and interests of the students in our care.

OSHC at St Martin de Porres School is provided within the school grounds, which is convenient for families and safe for students.

The Federal Government's MyChild web site has more information about child care and support: www.mychild.gov.au/childcare-information.

If you would like more information about OSHC, please contact the Director at the OSHC office on (08) 8321 8308.  Alternatively, you can email us at oshc@smdps.catholic.edu.au.

"I work at OSHC because I understand how important OSHC can be in a student's life. OSHC is a place where the students get a chance to relax and enjoy time with friends after a long day at school. It's also the setting for a different type of learning. OSHC creates an environment where the students can display different skills than during school time. From arts and craft to sports workshops  its great to see students trying new things for the first time and excelling at the things they're passionate about." ~ Lachlan
