On Thursday, 30 July, our Year 4, 5 and 6 students excitedly packed the bus to play in the SACPSSA (South Australian Catholic Primary Schools Sports Association) Netball Carnival at Priceline Stadium. The sun was shining and the children couldn’t wait to get out on the netball court after being unable to attend school sport off site in Term 2.
The boys and girls played a series of games throughout the day demonstrating skill, teamwork and enthusiasm. A huge thank you to our many parent helpers who came and coached a team on the day as well as Sacred Heart College who provided us with student umpires. Everyone had a fantastic day, with many future netball stars on show for St Martin de Porres.
