On Thursday, 4 March, after three weeks of some ‘come and try’ sessions, nearly 50 students from Years 3-6 came and tried out for the Schoolaerobic Teams. Everyone did an amazing job and showed such dedication to practising in their own time.
We are proud to announce we selected 24 girls for three teams – we have the 'Space Jam Rockets', 'The Barbie Girls', and 'Space Jam Stars'. These teams are made up of:
Space Jam Stars: Evie, Chloe, Charlotte, Phoebe, Celina, Carla and Sriani
The Barbie Girls: Leila, Ava M, Anabela, Ivy, Jasmine, Nathalie, Aesha, Lucie and Ava S
Space Jam Rockets: Scarlett, Milly, Imogen, Ane, Olivia, Martina, Ciara and Ella.
The teams are now working towards and training hard for the first Qualifying Competition on Sunday, 23 May. Fingers crossed they then go through to the State Finals in June!
